5. Custom Design Materials
If you provide artwork, logos, reference images, or other materials for a custom order, you confirm that you own them or have permission to use them for that purpose. You authorize us to use those materials as needed to assess and fulfill your request.
Providing materials for a custom order does not transfer ownership of those materials to us.
6. Pricing and Product Information Errors
We aim to keep product descriptions, prices, and availability accurate. However, typographical errors or other inaccuracies may occasionally occur.
If an error affects your order, we will contact you to explain the issue. Where permitted by applicable law, we may offer you the option to proceed with corrected details or cancel the affected order. We will not charge an additional amount without your agreement.
If an affected order is canceled after payment, we will issue a refund for the canceled items and any applicable shipping charges to your original payment method. The time required for the refund to appear depends on your payment provider.
7. Account Restrictions and Order Cancellations
Where reasonably necessary to address fraud, unlawful activity, security risks, or a material violation of these terms, we may restrict website access, suspend an account, or refuse or cancel an order, subject to applicable law.
If we cancel a paid order before fulfillment, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled portion of the order.
