5. Custom Design Materials
When you provide artwork, logos, reference images, or other materials for a custom order, you confirm that you own them or have permission to use them for the requested purpose.
You authorize us to use those materials as needed to assess and fulfill your request. Providing materials does not transfer ownership of them to us.

Website text, photographs, graphics, logos, icons, software, and other content belong to their respective owners and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Purchasing a costume does not transfer ownership of any associated copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
