All orders require processing before shipment. Your estimated delivery time consists of processing time plus shipping time.
Processing Time
Standard order processing takes 5–7 business days. This is the time needed to prepare your items for shipment. Customized items require an additional 2–5 business days.

The following estimates apply to deliveries within North America.

- Processing time: 5–7 business days.
- Shipping time: 7–9 business days after dispatch.
- Estimated total delivery time: 12–16 business days.
- Shipping fee: Free.
2. DHL Shipping
- Processing time: 5–7 business days.
- Shipping time: 5–7 business days after dispatch.
- Estimated total delivery time: 10–14 business days.
- Shipping fee: As displayed at checkout, including taxes.
The total delivery estimates above exclude the additional processing time required for customized items.
Delivery to Other Regions
For destinations outside North America, please add the following time to the estimates above:
- Europe: An additional 3–5 business days.
- Australia and New Zealand: An additional 1–3 business days.
- Other international regions: An additional 3–10 business days.
